Meet Ashley Sajdik
Ashley’s hands bring relief through reflexology and fascia release, easing pain and restoring movement.
Ashley Sajdjik, RCRT,CPRT is trained in providing care for people, and animals! She is someone who all her life has been drawn to the holistic, somatic based healing modalities. She has a deep love of all living beings, and along with foot Reflexology Ashley provides treatments for dogs and horses. She is the sole registered practitioner in Ontario to be certified and insured for both human and animal reflexology by the Reflexology Association of Canada.
Ashley has been practicing reflexology for her clients for almost a half a decade. She is certified in lymph drainage (for edema and cancer), and menopause reflexology and is an expert in chronic foot pain, including bunions, plantares fasciitis and heel spurs.
Ashley also now provides fascia release therapy and is trained through the Fascial Training Academy and through Human Garage. Fascia release therapy isn't just about relieving pain, it's about enhancing your overall wellbeing. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve performance, someone recovering from an injury, or simply want to feel more relaxed and energized in your daily life, fascia release can make a world of difference.
